We picked this up at the mall last week. A balloon guy was making them at the entrance of a kid store. My sis said it looks like barnacles on a stick. Can you tell?
Good job. I thought it was pretty easy to tell. The balloon guy made it from 2 balloons-pretty tricky. When I asked him how long it took to learn this, he told me he has a Masters in balloon-ology from Harvard.
