At Derek's suggestion, here's a recap of Our Story:
Dec 27th, 2003: Sealed for time and all eternity at the San Diego Temple.
July 2005: Got the best pup ever, Betty.
July 2005: Moved to Eugene, OR to pursue school (which ended up not working out with transferring credits--long story).
Dec 2005: Purchased 1st home in Springfield, OR.
May 2007: Sold home, short stint in Mesa AZ, then on to Portland to finish school (finally). 2007-2009: Several short crappy part time jobs for Derek (all of which we were very grateful for) lead him towards apartment management work.
May 22nd, 2009: Weston was born.
Aug 2009: Got apartment manager job--free rent--to help with our finishing school, which should be soon!
Foretelling the Future:
May 2010: Derek Graduates, applies for graduate school, becomes substitute teacher so Katie can finish her schooling.
2011: Katie Graduates, selling her artwork as a side business.
Derek finishes his graduate work and becomes a Professor of Communications.
We buy a house, raise righteous children, pay off our house, and retire.
...2045: Go on a mission for the Chruch of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
2050: Decide to invest in Robot Insurance from Old Glory.

Thanks! We didn't really get to celebrate yet cause I was sick on Saturday. We have a babysitter set for this weekend. Yea.
No need to worry about robots yet, according to the video clip, they only attack those over 50. ;)
