Pumpkin Patch Kids

I used to love pumpkin patch kids when I was little, but I guess everyone did who was my age, hence the Christmas shortage that one year in the 1980s. That was random, but anyways we took a trip to our favorite pumpkin farm. We went the last week of September, which was absolutely perfect, it was their first weekend open. It was sunny, and warm, hardly anyone was there, and Grandma got to join us! So fun. Now for pics:

The only good family picture to turn out (because there was a smudge on the lens, can you find it?)

Caterpillar ride

Weston would have no part of this...
 Van and Grandma
 Derek and Me

Boat ride!
The creatures that lurk in the water are the best part!
It was Grandma's first trip here and she was cracking up the whole time.

 Our loot

Ooh, A MAZE!!!
Off they go...
Van was really good at figuring it out, he had to go back to help Weston out.

Cute pony ride

Since it was such a slow day, they let the boys ride around and around, probably 4-5 rides (needless to say we got our moneys worth).
Van riding on Jet  (jet black)
 Weston riding Janie (Calamity Jane)

A beautiful sight. Love this place!

Train ride back

 Dad is so fun.

We had the best time! So glad Grandma got to go. Remember for next year: go the first weekend they are open!
